Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club Coaches

The Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club offers classes and camps which are instructed by some of the most accomplished and respected coaches and wrestlers in the world. Also please note that these coaces are frequently joined in the instruction of their classes and camps by currently reining World and Olympic Champions who are elite members of the Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club and instructed by the coaches listed below.

Ben Zwaschka: As the Academy Head Coach, he is a master of U.S. & Russian techniques while also training for the 2008 Olympic team as a freestyle wrestler. Ben has an extensive background in guiding wrestlers to reach higher levels of performance.

Aaron Simpson: ASU Wrestling Coach, a two-time All-American, 1997 Pan-American Games silver medalist at 187 pounds, former USA National Team member and an elite member of the Sunkist Kids Wrestling club.

Eric Larkin: 4 Time All American, 2003 Dan Hodge Award recipient, 2003 Division One NCAA Champion, and was awarded the 2003 NCAA Outstanding Wrestler award.


Newly Constructed Training Facility at ASU

New Sunkist Kids Training Facility at Arizona State University: The new wrestling facility was constructed through a joint partnership between the Sunkist Kids Wrestling, Inc. and Arizona State University. The 9,600 square foot training center will provide the Sunkist Kids athletes and the Arizona State wrestling team a spacious world-class training site. With three full competition mats, spread over 7,200 square feet of mat space, the facility also has the ability to bring in bleachers for camps and training sessions. The remaining 2,400 square feet houses 40 lockers for men and 25 lockers for women with showers and restrooms. There are two offices and video areas, as well.
